LOOK AT THE DATE ON THE FIRST PAGE OF THIS DOCUMENT YOU'RE ABOUT TO PULL UP. If you pull up the rates and matrix that are not current you need to clear out your cache in your computers Explorer to view the most current document. To clear out old history so you can view the most up to date document go to your computer's Explorer, click on Tools, scroll down to Internet Options go to Browsing history click on Delete go to Temporary Internet Files click on Delete Files. Then retry opening and see if the document has the a current date on it.
